I was reluctant to use a app at first, now I'm really glad I did. My water heater burst and every company I called either wanted a arm and a leg or the time frame for service was not convenient. A friend had sent me the download link, I downloaded the app and bam! within 2 hours I had a new water heater. I highly recommend this service.
